Be an intern-

Objective:
To work with Vigyan and contribute under various programs meanwhile enhancing one’s own capacity, understanding and skills
Program Description:
On-going programs with the organizations that might include programs on social mobilization, community organization, formation and strengthening of CBOs, awareness generation activities, research based work etc.
The intern shall be required to support in the assigned program as directed. The work description might include survey & study designing, report writing, documentation, conduction of community meetings/events, office work etc.
Qualification:
Any student who has completed his/her post-graduation and is pursuing a professional degree /PhD program in social work or related field
Financial Aspect:
The organization shall provide the office space and support in field activities as required. Over all the intern shall have to take care of either by the intern him/herself or by the organization sponsoring /supporting the intern.
The organization might help in finding a suitable accommodation/ food arrangement etc in case of outstation interns coming for residential programs for a fixed period of time.

Jobs

The programs are project based and of fixed time-duration (generally one year). The duration might be extended on annual basis, depending upon the funding pattern of the funding agency.
The remuneration includes basic honorarium plus travel & communication expense, generally on actual basis.
The selection process shall include a written test plus a personal interview.
