Vigyan Foundation works with the most marginalized sections of the society and tries in its endeavors to voice their concerns by facilitating formation of community based organizations. These people reside in rural as well as urban poor pockets. They earn their living by doing so called menial jobs which are the actual backbone of the economy and but still remain unaccounted leading to their non-recognition by government, consequently with no place in official records. These communities suffer the wrath of nature the most and need help in times of crisis.
We have an urban resource center through which we regularly publish a number of reference material related to the communities we work with and also analysis of policies and their impacts. The publications include newsletters, booklets, handbills, posters etc.
Many of our attempts are beyond the frame of projects and need constant support from people like you to make change possible and also to sustain the development in their lives.
